These photographs were also taken in early October. The first utilises the telephoto lens (70 - 300 mm), a moderate aperture (f/11) and a very slow shutter speed (1/10 second) - hence a tripod was required. It is moderately interesting and shows the sunlight well; yet it is rather dull and flat. Perhaps a change of perspective, time of day and angle of light might improve what should be an interesting subject.
f/11; ISO 200; 1/10 second; focal length 89 mm
The second image uses the wide angle lens ( 17.5 - 45 mm) and a wider aperture. It is less appealing. A different perspective - lower and at another angle - is certainly needed.
f/8; ISO 200; 1/25 second; focal length 40 mm
